Speakeasy, Sing Loudly

Last night, I had the pleasure of performing a few jazzy numbers at a fundraiser to benefit our local community theater group, the Mill Race Players. It had a roaring 20s, speakeasy theme and was a total blast!

Catering was provided by Blackerby’s First Class Catering, and the food was delicious! If you’re in the Columbus area and looking for excellent catering I highly recommend! (In addition to this event, they also catered our wedding and people are still talking to me about the food almost a year later.)

I’ve been working on this event with a great team of planners and performers since before Christmas, so I was so excited to see it come to life. Huge kudos to our director, music director, and our amazing band!

This was my first real performance outside of funerals in about a decade and it felt great to get back up on stage.
